The bad thing is that you do not see payment options until you subscribe and start placing your order. We managed to pay by VISA, though. The range of payment methods seems to be quite standard — PayPal, bank account, and credit card.

However, when 3 hours expired, we didn’t receive our essay. We had to contact customer support that simply ignored our inquiry and didn’t even try to let us know what happened and why there was a delay. The writer didn’t react as well. 

We received the order 2 hours later than necessary, and in this case, we had to request a partial refund since the paper was not delivered on time. We didn’t get any refund either, so we can say if you need an urgent paper, do not count for it to be delivered on time at all. 

Expertise of Writers 

We have paid an additional $9 for a native English-speaking writer, which we had to get. Unfortunately, the essay didn’t meet our expectations. First of all, it was obvious that the content wasn’t written by a native speaker at all. 

Our essay contained tons of shortcomings and its vocabulary left much to be desired. It was a total disappointment because the essay seemed to be written within 20 minutes and very carelessly.
