Here, you need to wait 6 days more and pay still more than on any other paper writing service. This is not reasonable at all. However, they might surprise users with excellent quality, we will see. The cost of our essay for just one page and one day was around $24. We didn’t pick any extra features, though.

We didn’t get any discount even after subscribing to their mailing list, though, so their offers are not really true. We felt scammed. They lied even about the year of the foundation, so no wonder they don’t keep their discount promises.
We tried to investigate their website and see some special offers, but we didn’t find anything like that. After registration, we didn’t get any offers or discounts.

The website is performed in blue and yellow colors and reminded us of another very well-known paper writing service. Even their name seems to be similar. Although they claim to be a legit service, it looks like they just wanted to confuse the users and make an impression of another reputable service.
The site cannot be called user-friendly; some pages were downloading too slowly. There is too much unnecessary information on the site, and you cannot find the information about their services at once. To do it, you have to browse all the pages. The only thing you can find at once is the Order now button.
Ordering Process
By going to the right upper corner and clicking the Order now button, you can start the ordering process. The good thing is that you can see the cost of your paper at once, and there is no hidden fee. Papernow org asks you to complete three necessary steps.
First, you must choose the type of your work, subject, academic level, and other details, such as the deadline, number of pages, etc. The second step is to register. You must provide your email, phone number and accept the terms and conditions.
After you make a payment and complete the number three-step, you can wait for your order. We didn’t have any issues with making a payment; everything seemed to be secure enough.
Timely Delivery
On-time delivery is one of the guarantees of this paper writing service. We selected just a one-day deadline. The shortest deadline available was 1 hour only. Other services provide 3-hours deadlines only. When we saw such tough deadlines on the site, we were sure completing the order within one day won’t be a problem at all.
We were wrong, though. We didn’t get any essays in 24 hours and had to apply for customer support. Support manager of Papernow said our order wasn’t ready yet and asked us to wait for more. We got it in three hours only. Needless to say, we asked about the money back, but we heard nothing. The missed deadline wasn’t refunded. By the way, you won’t find the information on their site about moneyback while other services are open about it. This makes us think whether this service is legal.
Quality of Writers
This was the most important aspect for us, while all services guarantee the highest quality of their writers. You never know who is writing your paper, though. On this service, you can communicate with your writer directly, and this is good. Already on the stage of communication, we realized that writer Dina at Papernow wasn’t a native English speaker.
This was very disappointing, while they claim to have only natives in their team. The quality of our essay proved that our writer wasn’t highly professional, and the paper seemed to be written by a high-school student. Taking into account it didn’t cost that much, and we were not too sad. However, it means their writers are not who they want us to think.
Content Quality
It’s not difficult to guess that the quality of our essay was very poor. The paper wasn’t written by a native speaker, and it was obvious, so this was the very first problem. Just one page of our essay contained more grammar mistakes than the work of any first-year student.
It’s impossible to count on a high grade with such a quality. In other words, this is a waste of time. The paper wasn’t plagiarism-free at all. We suppose they didn’t write our essay from scratch as they promised. The quality was poor.
Our essay didn’t have any catchy introduction or a strong thesis statement. It was just a set of sentences that didn’t seem to have any logical connection between them.
Customer Support
After we didn’t receive our order on time, it was a perfect moment to check customer support. There are two phone lines to get in touch with. We called both, but the line was occupied all the time. 24/7 customer support appeared to be more helpful.
Manager of Papernow didn’t reply promptly, but still, she got back to us in around twenty minutes. She promised to find out what the issue with our delay was, and we received the paper three hours later. It was not a very prompt solution; however, still efficient.
If we needed some urgent help, such customer support could fail to solve the issue. We wish they were faster and a bit more helpful.
Reputation & Guarantees
We browsed a lot of internet sources to see what people say about this service. To our surprise, they have a perfect reputation on Sitejabber and a 4.7 stars rate on TrustPilot. This is an extremely high rate. We didn’t stop on that and started to search deeper.
We have found other reviews all over the web, and people had the same issues with the quality of their papers. All complaints are about the same —missed deadlines and terrible quality. We suppose the majority of their 100% excellent papernow org reviews are just paid and fake.
We didn’t find anything excellent in their services. The only good thing we found was their low price for our essay. Other users were not so lucky, though, and paid much more for their papers. It didn’t prevent them from poor quality, though.
Extra Features
We didn’t find many extra features on their site, unfortunately, except for anonymity. They do not have a transparent money back policy even, and it’s not clear whether you can get a refund in case of their failure at all. Our order was three hours delayed, and we didn’t get any refund, not even free revisions for the poorest quality ever.
Summary
Papernow is not the best paper writing service we have ever come across. They lie even about their foundation year. Their prices are not outrageous but not the lowest in the market either. The best available writer may not be a native speaker even or not professional. The quality of our paper was the worst ever, so we cannot recommend this assistant, although customer support replied after several inquiries were made.
