We have ordered an entry-level resume to be written within 5 days. The cost of our order was $74.66. This is extremely expensive, taking into account it wasn’t an urgent order, and the length was just 1.5 pages.

However, you can find the ordering form in the right upper corner of their homepage and place an order right there. Only, in that case, you will get your 17% off discount as a new customer. We didn’t do it and failed to enjoy a lower price.
The ordering process is simple. Just pick the type of service, academic level, and deadline. The rest of the details you will provide after clicking Proceed to the payment. You calculate the price, create your account, get your discount, and pay. The process is quite convenient and fast unless you don’t choose Wire Transfer as a payment method.
Timely Delivery
Meeting the deadlines is crucial for students, and if you are ready to pay to get your paper, the soonest, get ready to be disappointed. Although we selected the five-day deadline, it was not delivered on time regardless of the very high price. We didn’t contact customer support to find out what the problem was because we received a message with apologies and the information that our order will be delayed for one day.
What if a student needed to submit it on day five? That’s a complete failure. Yes, the very next day, we received our CV; however, not even a single word about compensation. No one was going to refund or compensate for their delay. Delivery is not their strongest side.
Quality of Writers
At the very end of their homepage, you can find a short disclaimer. They say all the texts are unique and cannot be resold or rewritten. A CV is not an essay, and sometimes, one’s career or life may depend on this small piece of paper. We didn’t pick any extra services such as a pro or top writer. We were assigned the best available author.
However, since we paid almost $75, we expected everything to be written by a native English speaker with a degree at least. We are sure it wasn’t our case. The CV was poorly written. The vocabulary used wasn’t professional or specific. We don’t think it was a native speaker and an experienced writer. It looked like it was just a freelancer who created that paper for twenty minutes and didn’t even edit or review it.
Content Quality
As you can imagine, our content left something to be desired. First of all, it wasn’t a professional vocabulary. Someone who wrote this masterpiece didn’t have any idea of what a resume is. We do not believe it was written by a native speaker or a highly professional person holding a degree in his narrow specialization. It was a work of a schoolboy and nothing more.
We decided to check whether the CV was unique. You can imagine it wasn’t. It showed 65% coincidence with online sources. None of our requirements were taken into account and used for writing our CV. The quality/price ratio is not reasonable. Downloading a sample and substituting personal data is not a big deal and cannot cost $75.

Trying to get in touch with them on social media won’t be successful, so don’t even do it. This company doesn’t even show up on its social networks and isn’t going to reply to your messages. You can find an email, a totally free phone number for users from the USA and UK, and a live chat.
The most interesting is that their live chat is not operating 24/7. It looks fake. You should just leave your information and wait for them to get back to you. This is not a live chat but a feedback form. When our deadline was missed, we tried to call their freephone to ask for a partial refund. However, no one replied, and we didn’t get anything. They didn’t write back after we left our information in live chat also.

TrustPilot warned all users about a detected misuse of their page and doesn’t recommend using their services. It looks like they simply published fake reviews all the time. We are not surprised because. After our experience, we would not believe someone had a positive experience with them.
Their rating on Sitejabber is just 3.5 stars. The most interesting is that all positive essay writing services reviews were published within the last 13 months, while all previous ones were negative. It looks like they just buy their reviews and are a scam.
Extra Features
They offer such additional services as top writers but get ready to pay an extra 35%. If you want your paper to be proofread by a professional proofreader, you need to pay 5% more. These are all the extra features. They might be quite helpful but really expensive, and you never know who will work on your order even at an extra 35%.

Our experience with that service was bad. They managed to miss the deadline and didn’t even return even a small percentage of the price. We didn’t even manage to use a Trustmypaper discount code because we created a profile first and only then placed an order. Their prices are high, and the quality is terrible. Customer support isn’t helpful, so we do not recommend that writing service.
