This group works in several writing fields: academic writing, business writing, admission assistance, college homework, and copywriting. If you refer to the “Services” section on the website, you will see a full list of all jobs you can order from this company. 

Academic writing includes all standard college assignments. There are research papers, case studies, reviews for books and movies, lab reports, coursework, and, of course, all kinds of essays. Dissertations, including research proposals, are also on the list of services. Besides, Masterpapers creates capstone projects and PowerPoint presentations. 

Besides the many academic papers, you can order application and scholarship essays, resume and CV services, and cover letters. The company does some copywriting – it offers “website content” and posts for blogs and social media. 

A separate “College Homework” section relates to other types of assignments like math, physics, chemistry, stats, and other tasks. This group also claims that they do complex academic tasks. The customers only need to describe the jobs in detail for the performers.

Prices & Payment Options

The payment options are standard: you can pay with a credit or debit card issued by the established systems – MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. The company does not support other means. 

As for the Masterpapers price issues, we should note at once that this service is not cheap. Like it is for all prepaid academic writing services, the amount to pay for each particular assignment depends on several factors: 

• The academic level – high school, college, university, Masters, and Ph.D.;
• The deadline is from 20 days to 1 hour. For dissertation writing, the maximum deadline is 2 months, and the minimum one is 48 hours. 
• Additional paid services in the order. 

If we compare the Masterpapers price with other companies, we’ll see them higher than average. A typical essay assignment for the college level costs from $18 (20 days) to $47 (1 hour). However, we’d say that students rarely have 20-days timeframes to write an essay. If we choose a more realistic 7-10 days, one page would cost you approximately $20. It is almost 40% higher than you can get from other college helpers. 

This price is for writing the essay under the standard conditions (“best available” writer, no additional services). If you choose to add more services, the rates will increase. 

Hence, one thing you should know about the Masterpapers price at once is that it is expensive. 

Discounts & Special Offers

Many companies with prices exceeding average provide compensations and discounts. This way, they make the services more affordable. Students are the most frequent clients of writing assistants, and they rarely possess lots of spare money. Let’s consider if users can count on some Masterpapers discount. 

There is a 15% discount for the first order placed by a new user. However, it is not automated. A customer should request it by typing an email address into the “discount” box. The company sends the Masterpapers promo code by email. Then, the customer should enter that code during the ordering procedure.

The official Masterpapers com website is quite usual. Most writing services use the same templates to build their websites, with the same calculators and content sections. The color scheme is neutral. 

Unfortunately, the website has two severe disadvantages. 

It does not have a pricing section to check the prices for different levels and deadlines. Instead, you should use the system calculators to estimate the charge for all conditions and enter them anew each time. We find it very uncomfortable. 

The “Services” section is a mess. The company designers put the full list of all types of works provided by Masterpapers.com in alphabetical order. As a result, you can see “Multiple Choice,” “Paraphrasing Tool,” “Paper Writing,” and “Personal Statement” coming in a row. These tasks aren’t categorized, and you may need to read the full list before you find what you need. 

One more issue is that some crucial information is present in the FAQ section only. For instance, though the company claims the shortest deadline as 1 hour in the ordering form, in FAQ, they define it as 5 hours. The trouble is, you won’t see a direct link to that area in the main menu. Instead, you have to search for it among the many links at the bottom. 

Of course, web designers are a separate team who won’t do the papers (at least, we hope so). However, the result of their work does not work in favor of the company. 

Ordering Process

The company operates the standard ordering form. It consists of four steps and is rather detailed. Some customers complained about that in their Masterpapers reviews, stressing that it took time to fill all the required fields. We won’t state it as a disadvantage, though. It allows you to describe the job precisely at once and define your requirements. 

1. On Step 1, you define the task – the academic level, the subject, and the topic.
2. On Step 2, you add your instructions and other information, like references, additional materials, etc.
3. On Step 3, you specify if you need extra features and which ones.
4. In Step 4, you make the payment. 

The order gets processed at once. We’ve noted that the Masterpapers company uses a trusted payment processor and protects pages with SSL. It dispels one of the most common “is Masterpapers safe” concerns. They do care about the customers’ safety. 

Timely Delivery

To create our Masterpapers review, we tested the services ourselves by placing several orders. We wanted different types of assignments and set different timeframes for them. Our goal was to investigate the quality and check the timely delivery of papers. We did not order the shortest 1-hour deadline. Our tests were for more standard conditions – 5-7 days. This way, we wanted to check the average service level.

We got our papers on time. Online reviewing platforms mentioned that some customers had troubles with service delays. Still, it does not seem to be regular.

However, from the results we obtained, we did not see any significant difference between the writers. 

One more catch is that you should pay 70% more if you want to have the paper proofread by a professional editor. It raises questions about the writers’ competencies. Would a professional with a Ph.D. degree not proofread themselves? Or would they just send the raw piece without even rereading it? 

We’d say that the Masterpapers writers’ qualifications would hardly match the selection criteria this company describes. 

Content Quality

For test purposes, we ordered two essays. We specified substantial timeframes for the performers to work precisely. Unfortunately, the quality of those essays was disappointing. They were perfunctory and did not resemble the work of a professional. We even recognized paraphrased Wikipedia fragments in them. It was not direct plagiarism – our check returned an acceptable level. Still, college professors would easily define those sources. 

There were problems with structure, as the History essay lost the central plotline in the third paragraph. Besides, we had to correct several misspellings and grammar issues. Though the company claims that they check each piece of writing, this paper was the job of someone having little knowledge of the subject and English. Really disappointing. 

The Sociology essay was better, but nothing special. If we were students, we’d do it much better. However, it would pass the assignment. But we’d expect much better quality for the price paid. 

Here the main trouble is: the quality of service provided by the Masterpapers writers and managers is below average. It does not match their claims and their prices at all.

You can contact the support managers by phone, by email, and in live chat. We can’t say anything negative about our experience with customer support. The managers are quick, polite, and helpful. 

Reputation & Guarantees

The Masterpapers’ online reputation is quite controversial. On SiteJabber, you’ll see a lot of positive feedbacks together with almost as many negative reviews. Moreover, there will be only a couple of “good” or “average” testimonials. It seems that customers are either totally satisfied or get the worst experience in their lives. If all those essay service reviews came from real users, it indicates an unstable quality level. It’s not a sign of reliable service. 

As for the guarantees, they are typical:

• Confidentiality of cooperation;
• Free revisions;
• Refunds according to the money-back policies within 14 days after delivery. 

We never found any information about the data leaks. The answer to the “is Masterpapers safe” question is yes. This company is not a fraud. It won’t sell your personal data to anyone or reuse your papers.

There are such free services as formatting in the necessary style, making the references section, and providing the title page. All academic assistance companies ensure these features. The revisions are free and unlimited in time. 

However, the Masterpapers company includes communicating with the writer directly as a separate free service. We never heard of other companies practicing this approach – it either came by default or was absent at all. 

Summary

Masterpapers.com is an expensive writing service that mismatches its prices. Even its official website provides controversial information on the same issues. You have to pay high for average quality. Or, you have to pay twice as high to get some guarantee of decent performance. Some service advantages don’t compensate for the significant drawbacks. 

We won’t recommend anyone using Masterpapers services. It will be a loss of time and money with high probability.
